The Havanese are small, long haired, non-shedding dogs. They are an excellent choice for familys that include a member with asthma or allergies. The Havanese have a sweet, gentle disposition, are happy-go-lucky, great with children, and devoted to their family. They are somewhat "velcro" dogs in that they follow you everywhere!

Havanese is a long haired breed and requires frequent brushing to keep their coats matt-free.

The Havanese belong to a family of dogs known as Bichons. This Bichon family includes the Maltese, the Bichon Frise, the Bolognese, the Lowchen, and the Coton De Tulear.

The Havanese is the only native breed of Cuba, it's name derived from its place of origin, Havana, Cuba.

Our puppies have been raised underfoot, in our home. We have provided health screening from the beginning. Our pedigrees include multiple generations of health screened adults hroughout their AKC pedigrees.
